![]() In June 2001, the first unit of a new series of Escaping Flatland was installed in Cheshire, Connecticut. My friend Philip Greenspun was visiting that day; he took these nice photographs on black-and-white Tri-X film. The installation and rigging were done by Mariano Brothers; working with me are also the two fabricators of the sculpture, Andy Conklin and Bob Langley, who are enormously skilled at their craft. They work at Tallix in Beacon, New York, where all the units in the Escaping Flatland series have been built.
Photographs by Philip Greenspun.
